Beetroot and Horseradish was born from an idea from Julie Cohen – the acclaimed author of ‘Getting Away With It’ which is a novel about identical twins who make ice cream. One twin suggests making Beetroot & Horseradish as rather a joke but later decides to concoct it and find it is quite palatable – we have too and find it delectable served with a sumptuous chocolate desert or with roast beef!
Oranges & Lemons are in Purbeck St. Clement’s with added zest, it’s simply the best!
