My Husband and I have recently returned from a holiday based in Swanage and I wanted to write to say thank you for your wonderful ice cream and sorbets.
I have Coeliac disease so the fact that you advertise as being gluten free made it very easy (and safe) for me to have an ice cream on holiday. Having the individual tubs on sale in so many places also meant I could indulge every day (I was on holiday!) not just when we found a traditional ice cream shop. I cannot overstate the sense of freedom and normality this gave me, no detailed questions to ask just to be able to queue up and choose like everyone else.
As you know the added bonus is that the ice cream is absolutely delicious - during our week I think we just about tried the whole range!

Dorset Range
Purbeck Ice Cream is launching a new Dorset range of ice cream highlighting wonderful Dorset foods and flavours with ingredients sourced from within the county.
Two initial flavours are available in the Dorset Range from February ~ delicious Dorset Heather Honey and luscious Lemon Curd Ice Creams. Dorset Heather Honey is made by local discerning Dorset Bees who bask in the South's’ sunshine gathering nectar from the boundless Heathers growing across Purbeck heath land while Lemon Curd winds its way from the coast of West Dorset direct to Purbeck to be made into mouth-watering ice cream.
After extensive trials on a variety of new flavours, the Dorset Range proved to be the most sought after as well as fitting in with the Companies’ vision for local sourcing and for the
