Passionately produced for over 30 years on the farm in the Isle of Purbeck ~ Dorset, with fresh milk, thick double cream and an abundance of delicious natural flavours. We manufacture for catering and retail, in sizes to suit everyone!

A truly tropical treat made with coconut milk, smooth and full of flavour ~ a perfect treat on a hot summer’s day.
New ~ Vegan Rhubarb Rosehip
This classical British flavour is made with English rhubarb and an uplifting rosehip infusion with extra rhubarb rippled through to enhance the experience and punch the palate..

A sharp yet satisfying, tickling the taste buds, delightful served alone or as an accompaniment to add balance to a truly indulgent dessert

We use local fresh milk, thick double cream and an abundance of delicious natural flavours in our products which are all gluten and egg free with no artificial additives, no added colours or nuts, all are suitable for vegetarians and we are Halal accredited!
Over 40 different flavours
In recognition of our ever-changing palates and the desire to reduce our sugar intake, all of the sublime and wonderful Sorbets recipes have been re-balanced resulting in a 15% reduction in sugar. This new reduced sugar recipe produces stronger flavours that shine through and taste divine.
A big shout out to our local producers…
We don’t feel we say enough about the wonderful local produce in the Dorset area, and how much we love using their products in our ice cream. So a big shout out to these lovely people, and to top it off they are also members of Dorset Food & Drink.
Our Dorset Marmalade Ice Cream is made with home-made Dorset Marmalade from Tracey Collins at ‘Ajar Of’, containing chunky orange shreds brilliantly blended together with fresh Purbeck milk, thick Dorset double cream producing an outstandingly tangy taste demanded by Paddington from Peru to Purbeck.
Paul and Jo Dyer’s cows at Knaveswell Farm lovingly produce the milk locally for our ice cream.
Kate’s focus is gluten free cooking using locally sourced natural ingredients and her creations are packed with flavour – giving the wonderful Gingerbread taste in our new ice cream for 2019.
Dorset Sea Salt
We have recently changed over to be even more local with our sea salt, and Jethro‘s Dorset Sea Salt is perfect in our Salted Caramel ice cream. By hand-harvesting their sea salt from Britain’s purest waters along the Jurassic coastline, gives the cleanest, purest, and freshest sea salt on the market, offering a distinct taste of Dorset.
