Purbeck Ice Cream is my go to brand when choosing ice creams and sorbets for the desserts that make our menus. The main two reasons are the mouth feel of the ice creams, truly indulgent proper creamy ice cream which is so refreshing compared to other brands. The other winning factor is the original flavours they come up with that compliment and help me create desserts for the menu.
