In a recent video over on social media we show you three absolutely delicious ice cream based cocktails that will certainly WOW your party guests.

 

 

Strawberry Sorbet Gin Fizz

A deliciously refreshing cocktail using our signature strawberry sorbet, this Gin Fizz makes an excellent welcome drink or even an alternative to the traditional palette cleanser between courses!

Ingredients

     

      • One scoop of Purbeck Ice Cream Strawberry Sorbet.

      • 25ml of gin.

      • Top up with Pink Prosecco

      • Garnish with a slice of strawberry or a festive cranberry and rosemary sprig.

     

    The Chorange

    Like a chocolate orange milkshake but for grown ups!! This beautiful ice cream cocktail really amplifies the natural flavours of our chocolate orange ice cream and gives Terry’s Chocolate orange a run for its money!

    Ingredients

       

        • 2 scoops of Purbeck Ice Cream chocolate orange.

        • 50ml of Cointreau

        • Garnish with an orange slice.

      Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

       

      The Don Pedro [ Named after our founder Peter!]

      Definitely guaranteed to put you on the naughty list this festive period, the Don Pedro is gives all of the vibes of a Pina Colada with kick. Be warned, once you make one you won’t stop!

      Ingredients

         

          • 60ml Tia Maria/Kahlua coffee liqueur

          • 1 shot Highland Park scotch

          • 3 scoops coconut ice cream

          • 1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream

          • Serve with Purbeck Chocolate shavings to garnish

        Put all of the ingredient into a blender and garnish with Purbeck Dark Chocolate shavings.
